Our mission is to develop the ideal textile for people with dermatoses, placing the human skin—our largest organ—at the center of our efforts. Our goal is to best support the skin in its natural function. Therefore, we have moved away from traditional textiles and manufacturing processes and taken our own, innovative path to create the optimal textile for you. We see ourselves as your companion on the path to improved skin comfort.

Thanks to Leif, we have over 20 years of experience in research into the perception of textiles on human skin. During this time, he has made significant advances in both sportswear and everyday underwear. For personal reasons, he has also intensively studied textile perception and the interaction of textiles in skin diseases such as dermatoses. In a European research project supported by renowned partners, he has developed a revolutionary manufacturing process for textiles that come into direct contact with diseased skin.

During his research, Leif shared his findings with us, a family of entrepreneurs who are friends of his. We are a fourth-generation entrepreneurial family from Cologne whose goal is to improve people's quality of life. With our Lifta products, which are extremely successfully positioned in the market, we contribute daily to improving the quality of life in the areas of mobility and accessibility for our customers. Given our keen interest in Leif's groundbreaking developments, we have become partners.
